This proposed change to the EA will be harmful to our province's environmental and historical wellbeing. Beyond the destruction to both known and unknown archaeological sites, this change will harm the gainful employment of more than 3000 individuals.
I am anonymously voicing my concern on the Government proposal to revoke the Municipal Class EA ( MCEA) and private sector developers regulation. I am concerned that with the new laws being pushed are reducing consultation of First Nations.
