Disturbing to see the government want to take less of a stance infrastructure development, particularly that which is classified as high risk. This is harmful for both the environment and causes risks as well as for the important cultural heritage that is already rare in Ontario. Read more

This proposal is extremely harmful and disrespectful to the Indigenous communities, not just in Ontario, but in all of Canada. First, they were not consulted on any of this. Why? Because you know that it is wrong? That they would not agree to this? Read more

This proposal is clearly an attempt to clear the way for corporate interests to make money while disregarding the environment, heritage, and Treaty obligations of Ontario. The environmental impact of this proposal will be dire, as will the impact on the archaeological heritage of the province. Read more
