I am concerned that less habitat for Redside habitat will be protected and concerned that habitat may not be evaluated for presence of the Redside Dace. With permits Farley being denied to harm species I am concerned about proposed changes. I don’t support cutting protections by 10 years.

I am thoroughly disappointed to see such short-sighted changes being proposed for the Endangered Species Act, especially under the guise of 'improvements.' Minimizing currently protected habitats and reducing our ability to identify future critical habitats viable for re-introduction of species-at-r Read more

Hello, I am concerned about the regulatory changes being made to the protections of the Redside Dace. It is unclear to me what advantage shortening the timeframe within the definition of 'occupied habitat' would have on protections for the dace. Read more
