I could approve these expansion plans as long as affordable housing is included, and not at 80% of the market value. (Those people with low incomes cannot afford $1800. per month, compared to $2400 or more per month, for example). It should include a rent geared to income policy.

I am wholly and completely opposed to plan. Not only is this the end of any potential growth in Douro, but there are some very shady things on here. Why is the farm at Lot 4 Concession 8, which was recently purchased by Chinese landlords the only "Rural" designation in my neighbourhood? Lire davantage
